Terms of use

Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before Farbmates is published in the App Store. Last updated 23 September 2026.

Welcome to Farbmates. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Your @handle can't be changed once chosen, and it mustn't impersonate anyone.

What you post

• You keep the rights to the designs, colourings and words you post.
• When you post something publicly, you allow other Farbmates members to see it and to colour your designs; colourings made from your designs credit you.
• Only post what you made yourself or have the right to share.

What's not allowed

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Don't post or send anything that is:

• sexual or nude,
• hateful, harassing, bullying or threatening,
• violent or encouraging harm,
• spam, scams or advertising,
• someone else's artwork presented as your own.

Anyone can report content or a person from the app, and block people they don't want to hear from. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or delete the accounts of people who post it.

The service

We work hard to keep Farbmates running and your work safe, but the app is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change these terms; if the change matters, we'll tell you in the app.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
